Membership Log-In and Renewal Help

Step-by-step guide to log-in and renew your LCIA Membership

Welcome to our new LCIA Membership platform. The following steps will help you log-in and renew your LCIA membership.

The email address for the primary member on file has already been entered into our new membership database. If you do not recall that address, please contact LCIA at (906) 484-2558 to retrieve it.

Enter this email address, click the Request Password button and then the blue Sign In button. You will receive a temporary password in your email. It happens very quickly.

Copy and paste this password into the password field and hit the blue Sign In button.

Hit the Manage Profile button and please update your information. If two of you are members, please put both names are in the name box and put your second email address in the tab marked 2ndEmail. Both email addresses will get LCIA email communications including the newsletter.

When updating your profile, please include your Winter Address, Summer Address and Summer mailing address if you have one.

If you are purchasing or renewing property inspections, please click on the Inspection tab and enter the physical property addresses for which you are purchasing inspections.

Return to your profile page and press save and continue. It will take you to your shopping cart. Membership dues will already be checked and then you can add any inspections and/or donations you might care to make.

If you only wish to renew your membership at this time, you can return later to purchase inspections or make a donation.

You will get a confirmation email for purchases and they will be listed in your history tab. Only the primary email address will get a purchase confirmation email.

You have three payment choices:

  • AUTO — You can choose to pay by credit card with auto renewal. (Note: If you choose auto renewal you will be notified in advance of your renewal in time to make changes before your credit card is charged).
  • ONLINE — You can choose to pay by credit card without auto renewal.
  • OFFLINE — You can choose to mail-in your check to 1158 S. Park Avenue, Cedarville, MI 49719.

Once you pay by credit card you will get an email confirming your purchase and what you have purchased will be listed on your profile page and in the history tab.

If you are signing in to our new system for the first time OR if you have forgotten your password, you will need to request a password in order to log in.

Please type-in your membership e-mail of record in the above Email box, then click Request Password and hit the blue Sign In button.

You will quickly receive an email with a new temporary password.

Copy and paste or type the temporary password into the above Password box below your email and tap the blue Sign-In button.

Once logged-in, you can change your password under Manage Profile.
