Over the winter, Diane and Jim Keighley were named the Les Cheneaux Island Citizens of the Year by the Les Cheneaux Chamber of Commerce. Jim is a past LCIA President and is currently LCIA Manager, managing our Inspections service and serving as Chair of the Township Liaison Committee.
This honor is well deserved as in addition to LCIA they are involved with the Great Lakes Boat Building School, Hessel School House, and Chippewa County Animal Shelter. They also volunteer at Les Cheneaux Snowsfest and the Hessel Boat Show.
